T-Luggage in Seoul: Send Your Suitcase to Incheon Airport on Your Last Day
Drop the bag at a T-Luggage desk before 12:00, and it waits for you at Incheon Airport from the afternoon. The deadline, not the price, is what decides your last day in Seoul. All figures below are read off the official T-Luggage site (tluggage.co.kr) as captured on 2026-10-02, with the Incheon counter locations from airport.kr checked 2026-10-01.
| Item | What the official screen says |
|---|---|
| Drop-off cutoff (staffed branches) | 09:00~12:00 |
| T-locker cutoff | ~10:00 |
| Airport Delivery, Small (~20") | ₩20,000 / ₩29,000 weekend |
| Pickup window | T1 15:30~21:00, T2 16:30~21:00 |
| Myeongdong branch hours | 09:00am ~ 10:00pm |

Step 1. Switch the site to English before you read a single price
The first screen of tluggage.co.kr loads in Korean, which is why the service looks harder than it is. Tapping 「한국어」 beside the logo opens ENG / CHI / JAP; the English pages sit under /eng, and the how-to page under /eng/luggage_page. The home screen shows two buttons: 예약하기 (book) and 조회하기 (look up).

The foot of the site names the operator as 서울도시철도엔지니어링 (Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Transit Engineering), and the Korean page describes it as a luggage service newly launched by Seoul Metro. Check the home-screen notice pop-up before you plan: one example read "Airport-Hotel Delivery Suspension Notice," suspending airport–hotel delivery Sept 24 (Thu) to Sept 26 (Sat) for the Chuseok holiday.
Step 2. Read the price table by suitcase size, and check the weekend column
The English Delivery Price table is quoted on a 4 Hours basis and splits each size into two products: Living logistics Delivery (T-Luggage⇋T-Luggage) and Airport Delivery (T-Luggage⇋Incheon Airport T2).

| Size | T-Luggage⇋T-Luggage | Airport Delivery |
|---|---|---|
| Small (~20") | ₩17,000 / ₩25,000 wknd | ₩20,000 / ₩29,000 wknd |
| Medium (printed as ~20") | same as Small | same as Small |
| Large (20"~23") | ₩26,000 / ₩38,000 wknd | same |
| X-Large (23"~27") | ₩31,000 / ₩45,000 wknd | same |
Storage is separate and cheaper (Korean page, 4 hours, +₩1,000 per extra hour): small from ₩3,000 weekday / ₩4,000 weekend, medium ₩4,000 / ₩6,000, large ₩6,000 / ₩9,000, extra-large (27"~) ₩9,000 / ₩13,000.
Step 3. Open the branch tab and confirm the exit number and opening hours
The branch tabs list Gimpo International Airport Station, Seoul Station, Myeongdong Station, Hongik University Station, Jongno 3-ga and Jam-sil. Selecting Myeongdong prints, with the site's own typo, "Loacation : Myeongdong Station B1, Exit #1,9,10," Business Hours 09:00am ~ 10:00pm, Call Center 02-6110-2977 and Emergency Contact 1670-4302.

The Korean page gives the Gimpo Airport Station branch as Subway Line 5, B1, international terminal side, 09:00~22:00. Do not read these opening hours as your deadline — the delivery cutoff is a different table entirely.
Step 4. Hand the bag over before 12:00 — that single line decides your day
Site Closing Time is 09:00~12:00 for Seoul Station, Hongik University, Gimpo Airport Station, Myeongdong, Jongro 3ga, Jamsil and Suseo; T-locker closes at ~10:00.

Three registration routes are listed. On-site (same day): scan the QR at the information desk, enter delivery details, register the issued QR at the desk, pay, take the ticket and label, then collect with the ticket. Online at T-luggage: check closing and receipt times, pay online, keep the email confirmation, register the QR at the desk. Online at T-locker: pay online, open the locker door from My Reservation on tluggage.co.kr, and track status there. A late-morning hotel checkout leaves almost no margin at the desk.
Step 5. Collect at Incheon — check the T1 and T2 windows
The Receipt time table reads Airport (T1) 15:30~21:00, Airport (T2) 16:30~21:00, TLuggage 20:00~22:00, Tlocker 21:00~24:00. The line printed below it says "you can pick up the luggages after 16:00 at Incheon International Airport (T1, T2)" and "T-luggage Pick up time : after 18:00."

The Incheon Airport site (airport.kr, checked 2026-10-01) lists T-Luggage registration counters at Terminal 1, 3F opposite check-in counter B, and Terminal 2, 3F opposite counter H (Hanjin Express). These screens do not say whether delivered bags are handed over at the same counters, so confirm the pickup point with the Call Center when you book. Time your airport arrival after the window opens, not before. An early-evening departure leaves little room between pickup and check-in.
Where the official screens disagree, and what is still unverified
The price table names only "Incheon Airport T2" for Airport Delivery, while the receipt-time table lists T1 and T2 separately. That same table gives T1 15:30 and T2 16:30, yet the sentence directly below says after 16:00 for both. The Medium row repeats Small's size range and fares, and the English closing table lists Suseo while the Korean page marks 수서 as suspended (운영중단).
Not checked here: the reservation input screens (personal data and payment), whether overseas-issued cards are accepted, and the real procedure for the airport-to-Seoul direction — only the ⇋ symbol is shown — and the exact pickup point at the airport. Keep Call Center 02-6110-2977 and Emergency Contact 1670-4302 on your phone, and re-read the home-screen notice pop-up on the day, since every figure above is from screens captured 2026-10-02.
